BES Systems Ltd is one of the fastest growing independent events companies in the Southwest, with equipment supplied to over 300 events each year, culminating with 14 events on New Years Eve. We are able to supply anything from a single microphone to full event production with a large range of top quality industry standard equipment.

We specialise in high quality sound equipment, lighting and staging, and can provide for everything from a stage at a shopping centre opening, to a 3 day conference, to an intimate wedding pretty much anywhere in the UK.

Our base in Bristol makes us ideally placed to serve central and southern England, but we have travelled as far a field as Scotland and the south of France.

BES offer a professional down to earth approach, and treat every event with the same care and attention to detail, whether a dry hire, or full production. All our crew are highly experienced, and we can supply everything from a sound technician to a specialist event electrician to ensure that your event goes smoothly and safely.

We are an environmentally aware company, and are always conscious of our carbon footprint, trying to combine journeys where possible, using the smallest vehicle we can. We follow this approach when purchasing equipment, and have stocks of low energy LED lighting and also lightweight switchmode amplifiers which are both more efficient and lighter than traditional power amplifiers, and are always on the look out for ways to reduce our energy use.
